Cup cake disaster redeemed!

I baked some cupcakes as gift to my friend. I was so engrossed in taking the photos of the cupcakes in the moulds, that the base of the cupcake got stuck to the moulds. When I unmoulded the cupcakes, they didn’t retain the shape though the cakes tasted amazing. I was too pressed for time and couldn’t prepare a different batch. The cupcakes were fluffy, light, moist and I did want to redeem them.. Redeemed and gifted to the friend who said it tasted great!!

Lesson learned : Cool the cupcakes and then take photos!

Ingredients

  • Cake or cupcakes
  • 200 grams chocolate bar
  • Dessicated coconut

Instructions

  1. Crumble all the cupcakes and tightly pack it in a box.
  2. Melt 200 grams dark chocolate bar and pour on the crumbled cake mixture (can be white chocolate or milk chocolate bar as per your preference)
  3. Sprinkle dessicated coconut.
  4. Enjoy this delicious redeemed dessert!
