Also it can be steamed or stir fried or microwaved in 15 mins.

An easy and healthy dish of grated carrot with turmeric and coconut.

This dish can be eaten as a salad by just mixing the grated carrot and coconut. 

Also it can be steamed or stir fried or microwaved in 15 mins.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoon coconut powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (as per your taste)

Instructions

  1. This dish can be eaten as a salad by just mixing the grated carrot and coconut. OR
  2. Stir fry or steam the grated carrot until softened. Alternatively microwave them until just softened (I used microwave method). 
  3. Mix the coconut powder with turmeric and salt.
  4. Add this coconut mix to the softened carrot and stir fry or microwave for 1 more minute.
  5. Enjoy this salad!
