One bowl easy tasty Chocolate brownies
A no fuss delicious One bowl easy tasty Chocolate brownies! These are really addictive and couldn't eat just one piece and reach out for the next one. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Dry ingredients
- 250g butter
- 225g sugar
- 90g dark chocolate bar chopped and melted
- 1/2 cup (80g) Self-Rising flour (or All -purpose flour for a fudgier brownie)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp roast coffee powder
- 45g good quality cocoa powder
- Wet ingredients
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F (180°C Fan – 200°C – Gas 6).
2. Prepare a cake tray.
3. Melt chopped dark chocolate and butter just so that it can be combined well. 1 min at 900 W just melted it made it easy to combine. Do not microwave for more as it might burn the chocolate bar.
4. Then add the other dry ingredients and combine well.
5. Add the 4 eggs to this mixture and with a fork/spatula mix well until the whole mixture is well combined.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin.
7. Bake for 25-35 mins until a skewer inserted into the middle of the chocolate brownies comes out clean.
8. Remove from the tin and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.

Note : To make self-rising flour - Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder for each 150g / 6oz / 1cup plain flour. Add the flour and baking powder into a bowl and whisk well. Use this self rising flour as part of the dry ingredients listed above.
